Why a blog?
The promise of the Internet was that anyone could share ideas with anyone else. That we could do so free of interference and with minimal fuss. Further, intellectual property is a bullshit notion and I wanted to ensure that my work was as free as I could reasonably make it. This means putting it in a place absent any clickwrap software agreements, privacy policies, etc.
What is your privacy policy?
I work very hard to know as little about you as possible. If I accidentally learn something about you, I promise to immediately begin drinking until I forget it.
Where’s the comment section?
There isn’t one. If you’d like to comment on my work, you’re free to share links on any other site that allows discussion, such as Reddit, or to post it to your favorite USENET list. All of my writing here is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution Noncommercial license. I can be properly attributed with by either “Aaron M Brown” or by the name of the site, “Katabas.is”. If you wish to use my writing in a commercial context, please contact me by email.
